Mid-Day Toastmasters Info file

Founded in 1965, the Mid-Day Toastmasters Club operates within a mission to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills which, in turn, foster self-confidence.

We continue to meet every Thursday to allow maximum participation from our 40+ members. Meetings (The Plaza Deli and More, 460 Oak St.) convene promptly at noon and end promptly at 1:00 P.M. One of our sources of pride is the diversity of our members which range in age from their twenties to their sixties and in experience which runs the gamut from nervous novices to highly accomplished and polished speakers. (We still have some active charter members.) Mid-Day meetings are especially known for camaraderie, humor, and fun.

Come join us and see how easy and fun it can be to start your journey towards competent, confident communications. Lunch is on us for first time visitors.
